With employer branding moving into the spotlight as the seemingly savior to all recruitment and talent attraction issues, I wanted to share a few thoughts on the matter - exploring how recruitment has morphed into talent acquisition as a response to the war on talent, talent attraction and the need for a strategic approach to recruitment has emerged. Employer branding contributes to this strategic approach.
