Helping organisations connect what they say with what people actually experience.

I’m Vanessa Camenzuli, an employer brand and communications strategist based in Malta and working internationally.

My work sits at the intersection of employer branding, communications, culture and employee experience design - helping senior leaders, HR and Marketing teams create meaningful employee, candidate and leadership experiences.

What Drives Me?

I’m interested in the space between promise and practice - where employer brand becomes behaviour, and communications become something people can feel, not just read.

Too often, organisations say the right things about culture, values and people experience, but employees and candidates experience something more fragmented.

My work helps teams make sense of that gap and design clearer, more credible ways forward.

How I Work?

My work usually takes the shape of advisory support, facilitated workshops and practical learning experiences.

I bring together strategy, facilitation, communications, psychology and design-thinking methods to help teams align around employer brand, talent attraction, employee experience and internal communication challenges - and turn fancy words into shared action.

What Sets Me Apart

Experience across sectors and scale.

I’ve worked with local and international organisations across multiple sectors, including organisations with over 20,000 employees.
